Program Overview

Comprehensive modernization of legacy heavy industrial infrastructure integrating utilities, controls, steam generation, and process manufacturing upgrades.

Scope Highlights

  • Converted eight tri-fuel boilers to dual-fuel (blast furnace gas + natural gas)
  • Implemented plant-wide DCS across boilers, turbine-generator, turbo blowers, and feedwater systems
  • Installed 1,800 GPM reverse osmosis system with ultrafiltration and softeners
  • Uprated steam turbine and generator from 160 MW to 190 MW
  • Overhauled turbo blower turbines and replaced compressors
